Stories of how their ancestors passed along such an incredible heritage and culture through family favorite recipes. Stories of how their family came to pen their own favorite recipe. We are accepting story submissions for a future publication of a book titled "The Cuisine Chronicles". How It All Got Started-
All my life I have loved the art of cooking. That’s right – ART. Cooking is as much an art as painting or drawing. It is the creative talent of imagination and putting together a combination of ingredients to create a masterpiece that is sure to please the palate of everyone who dare journey with you. Whether it be American Cuisine, Southern & Soul Food, French Delicacies, Savory Cajun & Creole, Mediterranean Enchantments or Confectionary Delights, it all takes imagination and creativity to bring it to reality.
At a very young age, probably 9 or 10, my parents allowed me to join them in the kitchen to help with the family meals. I watched intently to every detail of the process. My mom taught me some about cooking, but most of my knowledge of culinary art...to read more, click here!
